Focusing my clinical practice on geriatric patients, I have gained significant expertise in the past 20 years. I also serve as a Certified Senior Adviser. Developing this product for seniors and their families is a culmination of 20 years of serving and several years of dreaming how to continue to serve those who need a place to get started.

ElderCompass understands that families and those providing care for seniors are looking for answers that work for their Elders’ specific circumstance, not just data and matching geographical resources. As geriatric-care professionals, we prepare recommendations to initiate, empower, and guide caregivers as they navigate through the sometimes murky waters of senior care.

Nancy’s Credentials

Nancy is an independent Registered Nurse (RN) and a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA). She has practiced for more than 20 years as a baccalaureate-prepared nurse in a variety of professional settings. Nancy has seen the significant evolution of care-giving in the community as our populations ages.

She has worked as a surgical ICU nurse, medical case manager, solid organ transplant coordinator, sales-RN, nursing educator, and skilled clinical home care RN, as well as currently works as a skilled care RN providing home care case management and private duty Elder assessments.

Nancy has donated her personal and professional time and skills to various community and national volunteer organizations such as Boy Scouts of America, Alzheimer’s Association, and the Welcome Inn.
